Although London is achieving the UNAIDS target of 73% of people living with HIV (PLHIV) being virologically suppressed (treatment cascade is 88/90/95), there is an unmet need to address the undiagnosed, hard to reach populations.1 There is currently an estimated 4000 PLHIV in London who are yet to be diagnosed.2
