The aim of HIV Digital is to develop and implement digital health solutions to link PLHIV to care, as well as connecting health and social care service providers along the HIV care continuum.
A key goal of this project is to ensure that HIV is on the public agenda and inspire further innovation. Building, maintaining and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders is a critical element of the intervention.

In the Ministry of Social Affairs there is 0,5 FTE responsible for coordinating, designing and implementing HIV policy. There are only 27 infectionists in the whole country, and in some areas a single infectionist can have over 1000 HIV+ patients.
